Kellie L. Terhufen has been practicing as a trial attorney for the past twenty-four years specializing in a wide variety of types of cases in the field of personal injury. Ms. Terhufen has participated in litigation concerning, McDonald’s Restaurant, Union Oil company of California, Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, the Cities of Irvine, Riverside and Pasadena, several golf courses, and many other larger corporations involving personal injury suits ranging from wrongful death, complex organic brain damage, disc herniations , multiple fractures, and permanently disfiguring injuries to soft tissue injury cases. Areas of personal injury she has successfully settled or litigated include products liability, road construction, traffic signal timing, food poisoning, dog/animal bite, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, automobile accidents, slips and falls, escalator/elevator accidents, libel, slander, construction defect, and land subsidence cases, among others.
Ms. Terhufen’s personal interests include raising championship dogs, horseback riding and golfing which have led to representation of dog breeders and handlers, stable owners and riding instructors, golf cart manufacturers and golfing event participants.
A graduate of Boalt Hall School of Law in 1983, Ms. Terhufen was admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court and the Central District Court, and has practiced before most Superior Courts in Southern California. She has also served as an arbitrator for the Orange County Superior Court.
